This study focuses on assessing the public perception of the 2025 Personal Income Tax Reform Bill, with specific emphasis on the opinions of youths in Lafia, Nasarawa State. It covers chapter one to chapter five, with Table of Content, Abstract, and Questionnaire. The study will be guided by four specific objectives, four research questions, and corresponding hypotheses. The study will employ the descriptive research design, covering a population of youths in Lafia. The sample size will be determined using Taro Yamane formula for sample calculation, while the questionnaire will serve as the primary instrument for data collection. The data collected will be analyzed using descriptive (frequency tables and mean scores analysis) and inferential statistics. The analysis process will be carried out using SPSS v.25. Key findings from the analysis will be highlighted, and conclusions will be drawn from the findings. Recommendations based on the findings of the study will be proffered
