3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• Payment must be completed before accessing purchased content
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Refund Policy:

• Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase
• Refunds are only available if technical issues prevent download or if content doesn't match description
• No refunds are available once content has been successfully downloaded
• Campus representative commissions are non-refundable

5. Intellectual Property and Academic Integrity

Our Content:

• Direct submission of purchased content as your own work violates academic integrity policies

7. Campus Representative Program

Specific terms for campus representatives:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Nigerian university
• Commission rate is 10% of successful referral purchases
• Minimum payout threshold is ₦5,000
• Payments are made monthly
• False or fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:
